FORMAS FOUNDING STUDIOS 2026

First mover advantage. Here's where that pays off.

The earlier you lock in.... The faster you enjoy the benefits.

Formas Founding Studios 2026 is for architects, interior designers, and real-estate design teams already building AI-native workflows with us — before the next public phase. Join now and lock in founding benefits as one of the studios who got here first.

Months of building together.

For the past months, Formas has been built in public beta — with real studios, on real projects, inside real spatial workflows. Founding Studios is how we recognize the teams who have helped us get here.

This isn't a discount. It's more room to build, a price that rewards your commitment, and a closer line to the product, the team, and what comes next.

What you get as a Founding Studio.

Annual bonus credits

Go annual and get up to $774 worth of bonus credits upfront — your full founding credit bank, yours for 6 months.*

Doubled monthly credits

Go monthly and get your first month's credits doubled — up to $129 in bonus credits to start building right away.*

Price locked for good

Keep your current price even if Formas pricing goes up later — locked in for up to 24 months.

First in line for what's next

Pro-and-above studios get early access to major beta releases: agentic AI workflows, SketchUp integration, Team plans, and advanced tooling.

Boosted referrals

Bring another studio in and you both earn more — 1,600 credits for you, 625 for them.

A direct line to the team

Exclusive Founding Studio Group Sprints, plus more ways to earn credits through shared work, case studies, and product feedback.

No minimum size. A Founding Studio can be a one-person practice or a hundred-person firm. What matters is that you're building seriously with Formas, early.

Questions, answered.

I'm already on a paid Formas plan — what do I need to do?

You're already eligible. Click "Become a Founding Studio" and submit the short form — we'll apply your founding bonus credits and price lock to your existing account. If you're on a monthly plan, we'd recommend switching to annual while this window is open: it's the only way to claim your full founding credit bank (up to $774 in bonus credits, 6 months' worth) in one go, and an offer this size is unlikely to come around again.

I'm currently on a free plan — what should I do?

Upgrade to a paid plan in Formas Studio, then submit the Founding Studio form. Your founding benefits — bonus credits and price lock — apply from the date your paid plan starts. We'd recommend going annual: it unlocks your full founding credit bank upfront instead of spreading it thin, and locks in this level of bonus credits while the offer window is still open.

Why go annual instead of monthly?

Annual plans get the full founding credit bank — up to $774 in bonus credits — in one upfront deposit, valid for 6 months. Monthly plans only double the first month's credits (up to $129), so most studios are unlikely to ever see 6 months' worth of bonus credits on monthly. Founding-tier bonus credits like this aren't likely to be offered again once this window closes, so annual is the best way to make the most of it.

I'm brand new to Formas — can I still join?

Yes. Create a Formas account, choose any paid plan, and submit the Founding Studio form before the offer closes. You'll get founding benefits from day one — go annual to claim the full founding credit bank upfront.

What happens if I miss the deadline?

Founding Studio benefits — bonus credits, the price lock, and early access — are only available while this offer is open. After it closes, new studios join under Formas's standard pricing and terms.

Can I switch between monthly and annual later and keep my benefits?

Your bonus credit bank and price lock are tied to the plan type you enroll with. Switching plans afterward may adjust these benefits — see the offer terms for details.

Is there a minimum studio size to qualify?

No. A Founding Studio can be a one-person practice or a hundred-person firm — what matters is that you're building seriously with Formas, early.
